I had significant nipple pain the first month or so of breastfeeding but have been fine since.

The past two weeks when I nurse my left nipple hurts so bad. Very sore. Sometimes burning. It doesn’t look any different than my right nipple. No cracks. No bleeding. Google tells me it’s probably thrush. Baby doesn’t have any white in her mouth at all.

Anyone deal with thrush on nipple? What was it like? Or anyone have nipple pain and not be thrush?

(I’m waiting to be approved for health insurance so I can’t go see a doctor at the moment.)
