Would make you feel more confident? Are you happy with yours? I'm a 34B, sometimes I feel like I like it some days and sometimes I feel completely flat chested. I even have family that has made fun of me for it even though theirs are fake and were the same size as mine before the surgery (they're assholes, I know).
