Worst 6dpo symptoms ever...

I'm only 6 dpo and granted I know implantation doesn't happen till 6-12 dpo. But my goodness.. Nausea causing vomiting, the worst headache I have ever had. Horrible lower backache. And I'm literally 6 dpo.. Any mommas out there start there BFP this way? Wishful thinking I guess haha
