TTC baby #2

So I am curious, it's been over 4 years since I was pregnant. I am at 7dpo now. And my breasts are so swollen and sore. My nipples are itching so badly. And now after orgasming, I am experienved cramping. I gotta admit all these are symptoms from my first pregnancy. I am not due until the 21st for my period. Is it possible to notice signs earlier in a 2nd pregnancy?
