I had to get some blood draw today to check my 21 day progesterone levels and I was just curious!

Not unless you ovulated super early. CD 21 you’re usually around 6dpo which is the earliest implantation can occur and progesterone doesn’t start rising due to pregnancy until after that. The cycle I ended up pregnant, my CD 21 progesterone was 8, then after I had positives for a few days and 2 days before AF was due it was 24. I also had a progesterone check during a Clomid cycle a while back on CD 22 and my progesterone was 23 and I didn’t end up pregnant. All it tells you is if you ovulated or not.

No, progesterone does not indicate a pregnancy at all. You can be pregnant with a level of 7 but could be not pregnant and have a level of 50. It just indicates if ovulation occurred or not.
