How long after your complete miscarriage did you ovulate? My levels were back down within normal range 2 weeks ago, which is when I thought I had my first period. I had a positive ovulation test the day after the heavier bleeding stopped, but since then I've been between spotting and a light flow everyday so I'm not convinced that that was it.

How long did your bleeding last after normal HCG levels? How long until you ovulated? I've had negative OPKs everyday since.

I'm at a loss here. I had a D&C after my 1st MC and it was much easier than going through this 2nd one naturally.
