Hello everyone well I’ll try to make it short. I got summons to court jury trail that I don’t even know about. My husband drives my car every now and then to work it’s under his name too. He said he was driving and someone was going below the limit so he tried to go in front and she flipped her finger out to him and then stuck her head out and spit at him he reaction was to press the breaks (Idk why) and he said that the back cars did as well but he didn’t see anything wrong and left. And additional charges

He said he doesn’t even remember anyone crashing so now what? He is a resident and I’m afraid that they will try to deport him I’m contacting my State Farm insurance tomorrow but we are scared because he didn’t hit anyone or seen anything.
