Anyone else have this?

Hi ladies, So my daughter is 5 months as of yesterday I’ve had a few days of brown spotting and about 3 days of red bleeding since she was born (via csection) both occurred within 2 weeks of each other. Never had a single cramp or pain of any kind and overall wasn’t too bad. Both were in February. Nothing since then. I have been extremely nauseas 24/7 for a few months and we have only used withdrawal method of protection. But because of nausea and baby keeping us busy and tired it’s been since November or December since we have done the deed... I tested in January with a digital bfn haven’t tested since then... my nausea is worse than any morning sickness I had plus I get frequent dizzy spells and smells kill me again... I have not had diarrhea or vomited or fever at all... My belly is comparable to my preggo belly with dd at this stage...I’m just wondering could I even possibly be pregnant with all this? Has anyone had a similar experience postpartum? What was it? Eating only helps for a little bit but zofran and other nausea stuff doesn’t... it’s just annoying! Thanks!
