Should I worry?

So I found out yesterday through patient portal that my blood work came back and it says my white blood count is high my red blood count is low and my iron is low now I’m no expert in medical field but isn’t it bad when your white blood count is high and you’re pregnant?? I could of sworn it was even if you’re not pregnant but being high risk I thought my ob would be a little more cautious with me but she has yet to call me about it nor has my drs office 🤔 should I be worried about it or just let it be My allergies just kicked in Sunday morning but when I had my blood drawn it was Friday morning and I was 100% fine so I’m pretty sure it was indicating I was getting sick and now I’m dealing with allergies 🤦🏽‍♀️
