How many times did you spot during your first trimester? Today’s the second time should I be concerned?

I spotted multiple times throughout both of my pregnancies. By spotting I mean when I wiped there was a little bright red blood. I freaked out every time! Both of my pregnancies ended well and I have a toddler and a newborn now.

I've been spotting since week 5. My progesterone was low. Doc put me on suppositories till week 12 and I'm continuing to spot. All results/tests come back normal.

I spotted twice in my first trimester. Was never enough to go onto my pants, only a little bit each time when I wiped after the loo. Each time lasted no more than a day.
