Would you go?

I’m a preschool teacher, I have a class of 14 three years olds and for some reason we are staying open even though schools are closed. My 11 month old also goes to this daycare. I have a child in my class who’s dad just got back in this country this weekend she came to school today coughing but didn’t have a fever saying that she had medicine this morning. The director had her family take her to the doctor but the mom said the doctor gave a note that she can come back tomorrow. I feel with everything going on if someone in her direct family just left the country and came back they should keep the child home for at least a few days to see how things go. I’m really considering calling out of work until this stuff settles down I feel it’s too much to risk. My son is still recovering from a cold as it is so his immune system is still weak. Would you go into work under these circumstances?
