9 week old poop or diarrhea?

Hi moms 
Sorry for the graphic pictures. Can you ladies help me determine if my little guys has diarrhea or if this is normal. I’m pretty sure he is teething (drooling a lot) and he just got his first shots two days ago. He hasn’t been eating as much as he normally does. Looking for some reassurance for this worried mamma! Thank you!

Completely normal breastfed baby poop. It’s normal for it to be many different consistencies!

Did you get the rotavirus vaccine in the last few days? My little ones diapers looked like that for a few days after we got his vaccines done. I called it “poop soup”

You didn’t say if your baby is breastfed or formula fed, but that looks pretty normal for a breastfed baby to me.
