Does anyone know what this could be with the skin on my sons eyebrow? He’s only 5 weeks old and I would like him to have lovely soft skin any way to fix this?

It’s cradle cap. Same stuff they get on their heads. I used to put a little bit of Vaseline or coconut oil on it before his bath, just careful not to get it near the eyes, and let it soak in. Then before I got him out of the bath I used a soft toothbrush to brush off the flakes and then wash off the Vaseline. It works pretty well but you can also leave it alone and it’ll eventually go away.

Keep it washed and dry then use aquaphor. 
My son has dry skin sometimes and aquaphor is all I put on his face. ESP when it’s cold outside. Since he’s a newborn, expect this on his skin. Babies shed a lot!

Looks like eczema.

Use coconut oil  to soften the scales and then brush with a soft brush.  Make sure to use a gentle shampoo to wash away the scales. Should clear up in less than a week

Looks like cradle cap. It will go away on its own do not pick at it. It doesn’t bother the baby. My son had really bad cradle cap on his head and it took couple months for it to all go away. If your really concern you can also call your baby pediatrician.
