I went to the hospital yesterday @6 weeks & 3days Pregnant due to bleeding. The doctor said babys healthy & heart beat was 119. She said I have a lot of old blood & I would bleed for a few days..& she’s not sure why I’m bleeding

The blood is brown but now it’s turning red🙇🏻‍♀️I have no cramping or anything but it’s slowly getting a little heavy (blood flow) what should I do.??? I don’t get another ultrasound until April🥺I can’t stop crying I had a miscarriage July 12th 2019
