Little advices out of nowhere :)
If you’re lucky, you didn’t go through bad experiences like I did. Everything mentioned is from my perspective experiences.
1. Keep some things to yourself.
The more people know about you, the more likely they’re going to get jealous of something about you and the easier they’ll find out where your weak spot is, so they can harm you emotionally more easily. eg. You’re happy? Don’t say it. You have perfect relationships with your family? Don’t say it. You just bought this amazing thing? Don’t say it. Don’t even say what’s going wrong with your life. They don’t need to know what hurts your emotions especially if you’re not asked.
2. Don’t always trust people that seem “good”.
Many people only care about benefiting from you. They can easily use you without you realizing it. If you’re going to help someone that seems good, put boundaries so that he doesn’t get the opportunity to use you all the time. e.g. “could you give me a ride?” “It happens that I’m free this afternoon, so I can give you a ride today” this shows that you won’t be available any day to give rides to people.
3. Trust your gut!
You are in a situation where you don’t know what to do but feel like you should do one thing more than another? Go with your gut feeling. My gut has saved me personally in extreme situations. I was talking with a guy that was in a relationship I didn’t know about, for 6 months. I felt that I shouldn’t trust him and I ended up right. If I trusted him, he would cheat to his girlfriend. So trust your intuition and what is going to happen will happen.
That’s all for now, have a good day and stay safe ❤️
