I take Olly Prenatals + DHA gummy vitamins. I love them! I also take a tiny little iron supplement with it since gummies don’t have iron. Highly recommend Olly. ❤️

gummies but most don’t have iron in them so ask your doc about also taking a small iron pill. trust me the iron is important also , i’ve had infusions due to low iron and it’s a pain.

You can take the gummies, but you need to check the bottle because with most you need to make sure to get iron separately.

I take the generic of these. Pretty much all prenatals are a decent size unless you take gummies. With gummies you have to be prepared to take an iron supplement as well which usually is the same size as a prenatal. Also check that they have dha, I know some gummies are lacking that as well

I feel like all prenatals are huge horse pills. You could try gummies. I think nature made makes them. They’re more expensive but it’s an option if you don’t want to swallow pills
