Ecv any success ?

Tell me a little about your experience with this procedure & if it ended up working for you! I’m supposed to be scheduled for one in the next couple days and iv been so torn on if it’s worth it or not.. it scares me some of the stories iv heard but than I’ve heard it’s not as bad as people make it out to be and that it worked for them....
Help anyone out there have some advice or stories !? So stressing

I had it done on both my second and third pregnancies, both successful and led to wonderful delivery experiences! I obviously didn’t think it was that bad since i chose to do it again. It’s not the most comfortable thing in the world but it has to be better than recovering from major surgery.

I had a failed ECV at 37 weeks exactly with my son. I tried EVERYTHING to get that boy to turn but nothing worked. I think the ECV is worth trying. Even though it didn’t work for me I’m so glad that I tried it. At least this way I know I tried everything to get him to turn. It was uncomfortable but not super painful. It left bruises on my belly and my belly was sore for about 4 days after. My doctor told me it works 2/3 times for people like me (first time mom, not a huge baby).
