Pregnant women grocery shopping opportunities (update)
Sooo I’m thankful the grocery stores in my area are opening for the elderly, pregnant, and vulnerable. I feel like I’m overreacting, but I’m nervous since I don’t really look pregnant. Do I bring my ultrasound? I’m 12 weeks (13 by the time I can go again). I just don’t want to be judged or told I shouldn’t be there even though I do have the right to be. Any thoughts or advice?
Update: I went and survived. I felt awkward until I saw more pregnant women in the sea of the elderly. I wasn’t stopped or harassed thankfully. My only complaint was the old lady who was coughing and not covering her mouth... so gross. I turned and went the other direction. I just tried to be as out of the way and respectful as possible. So, I survived. Even if they didn’t have any sugar or baking soda for whatever reason. Also I was told to take Pepcid for heartburn (I have killer heartburn from my gallbladder dying in my early 20s) and it’s sold out in every freaking store!!! 😑 I mean, come on.
