What I wish I knew...

All of us are at different parts of this journey. Some just starting out, some having been at it for years. But I believe that we have all learned some tips and tricks along the way. Let us share them with each other. Here are a few of mine:

1. Get friendly with the nurses - you see them way more than the drs and they ultimately deliver the good or bad news. 

2. You absolutely NEED to find a non-TTC distraction during this time. For me, it was stupid books and TV shows. They really helped. 

3. If you have PCOS, demand metformin during and after your cycles, as more and more research says that women who take metformin during their pregnancy have a smaller rate of miscarriage and other complications.
