I think I have lupus and I’m scared

So, I’ve had joint pain for a few years now, get a butterfly rash nightly but it always goes away, used to have protein in my urine (as a child) and now am having chest pain. It’s like I need to cough, but when I do the pain doesn’t go away. I’m currently on medicine for bronchitis and pneumonia, but am still having chest pain. I’m so confused and worried and now it’s the weekend, so I can’t get in to make an Appt and am just so scared and confused as to what to do. At first I thought it was all in my head, but with this chest pain, I can’t ignore it anymore and am scared and don’t know what to do....help?
