If my husband divorces me will I get anything?

I think my husband is considering divorce. I am a college student with no income of my own (he won’t let me work) and the house we own he only put in his and his brothers name. I am also pregnant but since the beginning of our marriage he has kept all of his assets in his name but made sure to include one of his family members and not mine. Will I be able to get anything? There is no prenuptial agreement and our home was purchased after we were married and all taxes have been filed jointly. I do not have access to our joint account to look at balances or anything but I do know no one else is on the account as the wonderful lady at the bank made sure to put me as the primary account holder.
