This may be a silly question but if anyone in my family contracts covid-19 what should I do with pillows bed sheets my daughters stuffed animals etc. I understand the virus only lives on certain surfaces for lengths of time would putting these things in garbage bags for a couple days be suffice for those things that can not be washed?

I can’t recall where I read it but I believe the instructions sought to dry out the virus; so as hot and long as possible in the dryer without ruining the clothes. If I come across it again, will post the link but hopefully this points you in the right direction.
