Do you allow your kids to play with slime?

My daughter is obsessed with it but I am considering banning it completely 😫. No matter what I do she won’t listen about keeping it out of her bedroom and at the table. I cannot take having to scrub slime out of the carpet one more time (not to mention the stains) 😭 please tell me I’m not alone.

We try and be cool and say oh yeah I let my kid use slime! Then we regret it horribly in some way shape or form.

We only use store bought slime at the kitchen table on a plastic placemat. She’s going to be 4 in May. If she doesn’t follow the rule the slime is immediately taken a way.

No, not in her room because the carpet met it’s doom, but my husband forgot the no slime rule and became the slime hero, so the girls can have it at the kitchen table only.

My 11 year old is super responsible with her slime! Has been since she was 9. Never gotten it in her hair, clothes, floor, furniture, etc. She has containers she puts them in and keeps them in her room. She knows how to not make them sticky too. She isn’t allowed to make it at her bio moms so she absolutely is able to here! She has a desk in her room and is only able to make it there. We probably have 50 containers of slime at our house lol

Mine is good with slime... surprisingly good. Every time I let her play with it I feel I am going to have to much faith.
