Severe stomach cramp accompanied with chest heavyness

I’m kind of panicking right now. I was just eating popcorn, drinking coffee and watching tv when I was hit with an extremely sharp stomach pain just beside/behind my belly button. That lasted about a minute then it felt as if someone was pushing on my chest. Not super hard but just a steady pressure. Of course I google my symptoms and the 2 things that come up are gas or heart attack. Now I’m super worried. I feel really stressed out. Has this ever happened to anyone before?

I should also mention that I am not pregnant so it has nothing to do with pregnancy.
