Orgasms release oxytocin which could possibly bring on contractions and sperm has prostaglandins in it that can soften the cervix over time. Nipple stimulation releases oxytocin as well. Try to remember that due dates are just estimates not expiration dates.

Heard of it, didn’t use personally but a friend made it and it didn’t work for going into labor, I think she went another 2 weeks. She did say it was really tasty but kind of a hassle to make.

Yes, my husband made it for me around 38 weeks because I was desperate to try any old wives tail to get things moving. Didn't work.
