So Ive been in preterm labor since 23 weeks... I was 1/2cm dilated & 50% effaced (by the grace of God, I am now 34 weeks) anyways ...

At 30 weeks, I had this ...

& its now just turned into this ...

I had an ultrasound done & my doctor said there wasn’t anything they saw that would cause bleeding or be threatening to my pregnancy. The only difference was I was now a little over a centimeter dilated instead of the half, but he still wasnt concerned because the length of my cervix was normal. He has me coming in weekly for cervical checks in case of any changes..

But my question is does this look like my mucus plug shedding to you?

& how long after you started to shed it did you go into labor? I know it can regenerate itself but with this being constant, I dont really see it happening.
