I got it this round, first time in 4 pregnancies 😒 it’s from my collar bone, to my toes.
I’ve tried alllll of the safe things (lotions, creams, antihistamines, hydrocortisone cream), little or no relief. A mama recommended Vitamin E oil (skin kind, not the pill). Sundown is one brand. To quote “coat yourself in it, like you’re a thanksgiving turkey” and 3-5 days it mostly goes away. I’m on day 2, and noticing drastic improvement in my “spots”. Definitely worth a go! Not expensive and safe 🙂

I had pupp with my first, on my stomach, arms and thighs. Extremely itchy and didn't go away until several weeks after delivery!
There is another type of rash called choleostasis that can indicate a liver issue... but I believe that rash appears on your palms and feet. Might mention it to your doctor just in case!
