I thought he dropped but I guess not?

A week a ago I took a photo and my belly was all round (it's screenshots cause I was comparing my belly photos next to each other) and out there then I took one this morning and my belly looked a bit lower so I thought he dropped and I just took this one a few minutes ago while getting ready for work and it's full again? Lol

Also I apologize for the dirty mirror I know I need to clean it
