Low Progesterone

Hi all! Hoping everyone is doing well during this quarantine and staying healthy.

My question is, I had blood work done as my periods were irregular ( months a part most times) ever since I had mirena removed, which was a year and a half ago now. long story short my doctor has told me my progesterone is really low indicating I didn’t ovulate when I should have, so they have since referred me to a fertility specialist. Just wondering if anyone has been in the same boat as me and has had success in getting pregnant. Needless to say I’m really worried about not being able to conceive.
