Help please me
I have been trying to conceive over 6 months now after marriage and I keep getting my AF every month..Am 10dpo today and still tested negative and my kinda feeling cramps like AF is about to show again soon.
My husband took an SFA testing and we discovered he has an infection and 15million/ml as sperm count which might also mean a low sperm count...Please advice on the kind of medicated that can be taken by him and myself too for quick conception...
