Midwife said baby head is really low

I don’t know if I’m overthinking this but I’m 38 weeks and 4 days (due the second April) and i just had an appointment with my midwife and she tried to feel baby’s head and she had to do it for a little while then she felt it and was like ‘oooo oh oh my that head is very low’ what does this mean has this happened to any one else and they gone into labour not long after?
