Baby acne. And yes should go away on its own. Me however used tubby Todd all over ointment and it helped to get rid of it sooner.

My little guy has the same rash and I’ve started soaking a cotton ball in my breast milk every time I pump and then lightly dabbing it on... it seems to help.

If you’re bathing your baby with fragrance body wash then that’s the case. Especially Johnson Johnson nighttime. (Purple bottle) My baby’s doctor told me that’s the number one for breaking out a baby’s skin.

Baby acne, rub some breast milk in the area and it will go away quicker. I do with my daughter and hours later or a day later it’s gone.

Same here! Pediatrician said baby acne. That it’ll clear up on its own. I plan to dab some breast milk on it once daily though. I feel compelled to do *something* besides giving it time.

My baby has the exact same one and I think it’s from milk running down bc she has reflux and spits up all the time
