Must have clothes for baby?

With all this time at home figured I should start shopping for baby. He doesn’t get here until July, so it will be warm. What clothes did you put your newborn in the most? How long did they stay in NB clothes? Should I order more 3 month than NB? Any advice or tips is appreciated!

Are you having a boy or a girl? My son was born in June and we put him in a lot of one piece rompers, Carter’s and H&M are my faves ☺️ Also if you have a winners/Marshall’s/tjmaxx in your area they have really cute baby clothes and a lot of name brands, nike, adidas, puma, levis, we just bought my son some really cute name brand shorts sets for like $15 bucks each

I would order more 3 month than nb sizing. It all depends on how big your baby is. My daughter was born 8lbs 8oz and 21 inches so she was not in newborn sizing for long at allll! especially with the nb diapers. Sleepers are good to buy, they’re comfy and practical. Zipper ones were my fave since they’re easier and quicker than trying to button them.

Sleeping gowns have been my favorite things for bedtime. In the winter, button up footie jammies were my favorite things!!! Lots of onesies that have the mitten fold over things so they don't scratch themselves up.

My baby was in newborn clothes for 2 months but she was in pajamas/sleep and plays for the 2 months lol.. then at 3-4 I started doing ‘normal’ clothes
