Is this implantation bleeding?

Me and my hubby had too much on our minds this month so we planned to stop while the virus is happening. We had unprotected sex 6 days before my ovulation and the mext morning I took the p’an B because we really don’t want more anxiety on ourselves. I am now 1 dpo « well supposed to be » , and I wiped and there is this blood. Could this still be implantation bleeding? I know usually it doesnt happen that quickly but maybe I ovulated earlier? Im just really confused because usually my period starts really heavy and Im not due for 13 days..
