i’ve had them for over a year, and this (right) one constantly causes

problems. it hurts laying down on my stomach, only for this nipple. i clean them often, there’s sometimes dry hard skin on the left side of it. and that’s usually where the most problem occurs. the right side of the right nipple is fine for the most part, but it does look very lopsided. i got pierced with an acrylic bar(was unsure if i was allergic to any metals) then transferred over to a titanium bar. more recently i got this plastic bar with titanium ends(purposely long, due to the problems with this piercing) any recommendations?
