Bloody show at 31 weeks

I had bloody show a couple days ago and have been having contractions off and on. I’m 31 weeks. I’ve been having swelling in my feet and constant pelvic pain and back pain. I’ve been avoiding going in because my dr makes me feel atupid and the whole coronavirus thing going on. What do you think I should do🙃
