Waiting a few months after miscarriage?

Has anyone chose to wait a few months after having a miscarriage before trying again? 
I just had a D&C this morning. Last week, when I was 9 weeks, baby only measured 6w3d and had no heartbeat (missed miscarriage). Between all that’s going on with this virus and needing a mental break so I can focus on me and being healthy, I think I want to wait till July or August before we try again. Anyone else choose to wait that long?

I personally did not wait but there is no harm in waiting either. Whenever you’re ready. There is no timeline unless the doctor told you to wait a certain amount of time

For me, I’m hitting the age of 35 being high risk with fertility decline so I can’t really take a break. When I first got pregnant January 2019, I thought I would be in the okay zone and then I miscarried twice that year.  One of my biggest regret is not trying earlier when I was in the late 20s and early 30s. I wanted to travel the world at the time.  Who knows I could be paying for my declining fertility function since I keep miscarrying now for unknown reasons. Got tested and found nothing wrong. But hey if you’re young and emotionally not ready, id take a break if you really need to. However, if you’re ready and really want a baby, nothing will stop you from trying...for example, after my miscarriage in October 2019, I was told by my obgyn to not get pregnant and use condoms in the mean time so I can get tested. I didn’t care and kept trying to get preggo cuz it took me almost 6 months for my last MMC to get preggo. Coincidentally, my hcg was zero same month I got tested and fell pregnant after the testing were completed. Apparently, you can’t get pregnant and don’t ovulate if your hcg isn’t less than 2. So sorry for your loss...I, too, miscarried at 9 weeks after having my perfectly looking ultrasound just a week before. We decided to wait 2 months after our miscarriage before trying again.
