Today im 7weeks pregnant if follow my date of first day period last cycle,but im usually 35days of cycle period,yesterday i got some spotting which is brownish color,i went to emergency,the dr did an ultrasound to see the fetal,but they couldn't find it,untill they use transvaginal ultrasound then they can find the sac,but still no fetal found,the sac measure 14.1mm,the dr said everything was fine,and there's nothing to be worry,i should repeat ultrasound in 2weeks,is it normal in this stage of pregnancy abdominal ultrasound cannot detect it? And the spotting also already stopped,has this happen to you???
