I would like any thoughts on the following, I feel super confused and really don’t know what’s wrong and idk if this is all even possible.

So every single time my boyfriend and I have sex, I always get a uti right after. I always make sure to pee right after sex but a day later I have urges to go to the bathroom every 5 minutes and it goes away in 3-5 days which is so annoying. Could it be possible that I’m allergic to his penis or what could be wrong? He’s been the only guy ive been with sexually so this is all a mess to me😐 any thoughts ?
