I have the Medela PIS. The open system sucks. The tubing is hard to get clean and to stay clean. If I could go back I would get the Spectra because of all the features and closed system!

I am not a fan of my PISA. 
It only has a tiny knob so every time you turn it on you have to carefully dial in the pump power. 
It’s loud-ish. And it takes forever to fully empty me.
