How do you get your baby to sleep for naps?

My 12 week old who does not take a paci does not yet know how to self soothe herself to sleep. I'm not able to lay her down drowsy because she wakes up and cries. It's  really hard to get her to sleep too. She doesnt like to be rocked, only bounced while we are standing up and even then still fights it and that gets really tiring. So I'm bouncing (and sweating) for every nap. What can I do?

My baby has same issues with naps so I wear her in a carrier for them. I often vaccuum while wearing her to get her to sleep with the sound and movement. I typically have to keep doing light cleaning and moving for as long as I want her to sleep which isn't hard with a 3 year old too. She usually fusses every time I get her in the carrier (even though we've been doing this almost 2 months) but calms as soon as I get her in and start walking around.

Have you tried a sound machine?

Do you have an exercise ball? Might be an easier way to bounce her.
My son falls asleep either while nursing or being burped except during our dinner time when he HAS to be bounced/walked around
