I have noticed that my period came without me having any warning (in the night lastnight), no cramps, tender breasts... just cried a lot and moody but with everything going on in the world And my hormones changing I didn’t notice that that was a sign of my period. Also feel nauseous and just not good today... I’m just blah like everything makes me mad. I have to start my oral birth control today also (since they will not put in my nexplanon right now) so this should be eventful 😂 tell me about y’all’s experiences with your first period after your baby
