Weight Loss Journey to get that baby!
So, long story short I know I’ve needed to lose weight for a while. My doctors have also said that losing weight could help our TTC journey. (I miscarried in August 2019 & both my husband and I are healthy. Didn’t say my weight was affecting but that it could definitely be a reason we haven’t conceived again). Anyways, I’ve been working on different things & know diet is probably the biggest factor here.
I’m curious though, do you recommend counting carbs or calories? I’ve noticed with Keto/low carb some things are high in calories. And with low cal some have crazy carbs. I clearly have no idea what to do here 😂 I know you want to take in less calories than you burn, drink water, avoid sugars, etc. Help me get that rainbow baby & look hot again 😩😂
