Lockdown and no gym

So I have PCOS and Endo and have always struggled with my weight, since last September I’ve gotten into going to the gym to try and lose weight! I’ve lost a fair amount since then as I try and go at least 2/3 times a week.

However, now we’re on lockdown and I can’t go to the gym I feel like I’m just putting all the weight back on😭 I do have my resistance bands I could do a few workouts with but in my household, as I’m back in my family home until I’m back at uni in September, there is 7 of us and I don’t have a bedroom and therefore no space to do anything!

Anyone suggest anything that could work until gyms reopen? (Not allowed to leave the house as my brother is very vulnerable to Covid-19)
