Need advice

My boyfriend wants to have sex. However, I'm not on birth control and he knows that. I don't want to have sex anymore since I don't want to risk getting pregnant. He is upset and throwing a fit about me not wanting to do it. I don't know what to do about this situation. Any advice would help, thank you in advance.

Side note: condoms have been used but I still don't want to risk it.
