Day 35

I’ve been on my period for 35 days straight without no stopping. Yes I’ve been to the doctors and she said it was because of my birth control, I’m on the shot. I got my first round of the shot the 16 of January and started my period the 24 of February. It has been nothing but medium / heavy flow with clots. When I went in all she said was take 800 mg of ibuprofen for 5-7 days and honestly in my opinion it’s not stopping the bleeding but slightly stopped the flow I guess. I’ll wear a pad and there will be nothing on it but when I use the bathroom the toilet looks like a small murder scene. I want to have relations with my boyfriend but I just don’t like the idea of doing it while I know I’m still bleeding. What can I do or any advice, I honestly feel so lost and just tired of this period to be real. Thank you
