ACNE???

Is anyone struggling with acne really bad since being pregnant? If so, how'd you help heal it

Mine is horrible! I normally have clear skin and since week 2 I can't get it to stop breaking out :(

I have sooo much acne since being pregnant! I got a tattoo 2 weeks before I found out and it broke out really badly!
Also broke out on my arms and all over my face!

I have been washing my face twice a day using a face wash with salycic acid and using sensitive skin body wash... Its drying them out very quickly!

Me to, I have cysts on my back and they are so painful 😩 don't know what to do X
