I think not. How would you feel if the person you were dating had a crush on someone else? If the answer is AT ALL uncomfortable or not okay then it's not okay for you either. If you are okay with it, it's best to talk to that person and see how they feel.

I definitely think it’s weird if you’re crushing on someone when you’re in a relationship. My attention is only on my bf, sure I can appreciate a good looking man or woman but not enough to start crushing on them. 
If my bf was like “so I have a crush on another woman” I’d be like EXCUSE ME? lol
