Am I pregnant?

Right okay girls so I’m over a week late for my period, I was spotting about 2 weeks ago, I’ve had bad sickness, heartburn, heacaches for at-least a week, and I’ve had the feeling I’m going to start my period but I never do, we’re currently in lockdown so haven’t been able to get a pregnancy test but I managed to get a strip one today from my local store but it’s came back negative?! I have ordered a clear blue digital one and it should come soon, would the test make a difference? I’m so confused!
