So confused

So I am so confused right now. I seemed to have the signs of pregnancy and then got really bad cramping 11/2. Later that day I started bleeding but only when I actually went to the bathroom. It's been three days and my boobs are still sensitive which usually goes away. They're heavy as well. I am not filling up a pad at all. I barely filled up a tampon on the first day and then wore a pad that never filled up. The only thing that happens is when I strain going to the bathroom, dark, sort of thick blood and some occasional clots come out. This is far from normal for me because I usually have heavy periods and clots. I usually fill up the pad and bleed for 5-7 days. When I wipe it's mainly brown. I don't even think I've seen bright red blood. Only dark red and brown.  I've tested and tested and I've seen very faint lines but nothing for sure. With my daughter I believe it took me a month to finally get bfps. So I keep saying eh must be my period move on but I can't. Something is just off. And of course I don't have a doctor yet. So I'd probably have to wait. Has anyone had this happen?!
